Key Accountabilities:
’ Carry out Product management activities for Industrial cleaning Solutions.
’ Communicate with Project leaders, Suppliers and Production engineers to design the cleaning /washing machine to get best practical and t the same time economical.
’ Design of machines based on specification provided by customers.
’ Develops design drawings to fulfil technical objectives as per customer requirements and design specifications.
’ Design of plastic, rubber, and sheet metal parts.
’ Coordinate with engineers to meet or exceed the design aspects.
’ Product design based on design for manufacture/design for assembly
’ Able to deliver on time while doing it right the first time and every time.
Technical Competence & Skills:
’ Understanding of industry design standards for dimensioning and tolerancing. GD&T will be a plus point.
’ Selection of Gearbox, induction motor, Servo motor, Stepper Motor, Ball screw, Lead Screw, Bearings, Pneumatic parts.
’ Coordination with electrical design team for electric component selection
’ Preparation of project related documents for handover manuals.
’ DAP approval from client.
’ Knowledge of sheet metal pressing & fabrication process
’ Ability to communicate.
