Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Proficiency: The candidate you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Should be able to create strategies and plans to increase the sales of the company. Should be proficient in the MS office packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

The candidate should be able to manage to generate business from the companies, He/She should be patient, good listener, analytical mind and ability to address the problems faced by the client..
Competence & Skills:
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and competitors
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and convey the benefits of using their application for their transport requirement.
• Maintaining and promoting client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales targets.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports
• To maintain cordial relation with the customers and transporters and at the same time does not compromise with the quality of the service provided.
• To respond timely & effectively and provide quality information on the queries of the customers and transporters.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
